Privacy by design: GripOnGames does not currently offer public user accounts and does not maintain a public Predictor profile or leaderboard database. We aim to collect and retain only information that is genuinely necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.
GRIPONGAMES LTD operates gripongames.com and is responsible for decisions about how personal information is handled through the website.

The public website is designed so that visitors can browse without creating an account.

The public contact form is currently disabled, so it does not submit names, email addresses or messages to GripOnGames.
Predictor selections and optional score predictions are stored locally in your browser using local storage. They are intended to remain on that device and are not used to create a named GripOnGames profile or public leaderboard.
Privacy preferences may also be stored locally so that the website can remember choices you make about optional external content.
You can remove locally stored GripOnGames data using the control below or through your browser settings.
Football Predictor choices are saved only in this browser so your selections remain available when you return. They are not uploaded to a GripOnGames user-profile database.
Where limited technical, security or diagnostic information is processed to deliver the website, protect the service, prevent abuse or investigate faults, we rely where applicable on our legitimate interests in operating and securing GripOnGames. We consider those interests against the rights and interests of visitors and aim to minimise the information involved.

GripOnGames uses third-party services to obtain factual football information and football-news information for presentation on the website.
Where those services are accessed by GripOnGames on the server side, displaying the resulting football or news information does not by itself require your browser to connect directly to the underlying data or news provider.
News items may include links to independent publisher websites. If you choose to follow an external link, you leave GripOnGames and the destination website's own privacy practices apply.

Some rights depend on the lawful basis and circumstances of the processing and therefore do not apply in every situation.

GripOnGames includes football and gaming content that may be of interest to younger visitors. The current public website is not designed to require children to create public accounts, profiles or leaderboards, and we do not intentionally require children to provide personal information in order to browse the public website.
We aim to minimise personal-information collection across the service. Children and other visitors should avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information by email or through external services.
If future GripOnGames features involve materially different processing of children's personal information, those features will require a separate privacy review before launch.
GripOnGames uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect the website and information processed through it against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Security controls are reviewed as the platform and its services develop.
